Frequently Asked Questions
After purchasing a course, you will receive a download link via email. All course materials include Excel workbooks (.xlsm/.xlsx), Python scripts (.py), and detailed PDF documentation. You can access them anytime from your email or the Download page on our website.
For Excel courses, you need Microsoft Excel 2016 or later (Windows). For Python courses, you need Python 3.8+ installed along with libraries such as openpyxl, xlwings, pandas, and matplotlib. Detailed setup instructions are provided in each course's documentation.
Most Python-based courses work on Mac without issues. However, VBA courses and courses using Win32COM or xlwings with Excel macros require Windows, as these rely on Windows-specific COM interfaces. Each course page clearly indicates system requirements.
